Mulberry Community Health Services provides nursing care, therapy, attendant care, homemaking and assistance with caring, competent and certified healthcare professionals. Our reputation is for the highest quality service and dependability to provide coverage for every visit.
Mulberry Community Health Services has been providing services to the elderly and disabled, since 1990. We currently serve Clinton, Tippecanoe and Carroll counties. We offer up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week coverage.
Types of duties performed by each discipline:
- Nursing: health care coordination, venipunctures, IV infusions, dressing changes, medication administration, education-including diabetic foot care.
- Therapy: Occupational and Physical therapies in the home.
- Home Health Aide services: bathing, personal care, range of motion exercises, use of assistive devices, such as; gait belts and various type of lifting devices.
- Homemaker services: homemaking chores, dishes, mopping, dusting laundry, meal preparation and essential errands.
- Attendant Care: light assistance with bathing and personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and transportation.
- Respite services are provided to give the primary caregiver a break from caring for the client.
Our staff is comprised of dedicated and highly trained team members who actually work in the communities where they live. Extensive background checks including criminal histories and employment reference checks, offer peace of mind. All employees are insured and bonded.
We accept Medicare, Private Pay and Private Insurance.
We are licensed by the Indiana State Department of Health and hold membership in the Indiana Association of Hospice and Home Care.
