A licensed physical therapist, Alvin directs Mulberry's in-patient, out-patient and home health therapy services. With 11 years of experience in long term care settings and 14 years as a professional therapist, Alvin's goal is to encourage active lifestyles while engagiing residents in a worthwhile therapy experience.

He earned his bachelor of science degree in physical therapy from Lyceum-Northwestern University in the Phillipines. He also completed Indiana State Department of Health' Healthcare Administrator training program.

In his free time, Alvin enjoys traveling, fitness and photography.
