Making a difference - three simple words that speak volumes about Mulberry Health and Retirement Community's commitment to total resident care.

As president and administrator of Mulberry Health & Retirement Community, I would like to extend a personal invitation to visit our unique campus.

We provide a full continuum of care through our 154-bed dually certified licensed healthcare center, a 38-cottage upscale senior living community and a home health agency that serves 15 Indiana counties. Privately owned, we recently completed a $1 million interior remodel to better serve our residents and solidify our commitment to this community.

Reclaim, our full service rehabilitation center, has successfully rehabilitated over 120 patients to home since January 2005. We provide all therapy disciplines with a caring, competent staff, trained specifically to meet the needs of clients in both in-patient and out-patient settings. Mulberry Health & Retirement also provides skilled, intermediate and assisted living care. Our 36-bed dedicated Alzheimer/Dementia unit provides programming and care in a secure environment. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay.
